Song of the Day: “Yellow Flicker Beat” – Lorde

Lorde does it again. The production on “Yellow Flicker Beat” is on point, and I love her melodic choices (especially when she is singing in her lower register in the verses- alto power!). The track is featured on the new featured film The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 1. Lorde also serves as the soundtrack’s curator, no big deal!
