[SONG REVIEW] Glee Star, Lea Michele’s Debut Single: “Cannonball”

Lea Michele’s long awaited solo debut was totally worth the wait! On the powerful mid-tempo pop ballad, “Cannonball,” penned by hit-maker Sia (“Diamonds” for Rihanna, “Titanium” w/ David Guetta, etc.), Lea showcases her ability to sing with such emotion and clarity. I couldn’t imagine any other artist singing this tune. With the recent passing of Cory Monteith, Lea is really able to connect to these lyrics. I just wish Lea used more of her crazy vocal range we all know she has in the reprise of the choruses! Lea Michele’s debut album, “Louder,” is set for a March 2014 release.
